Community Engagement:
Provides an information, referral and support services for newly arrived migrants and refugees.

Settlement Services:
Provides a range of free services for individuals and families including refugees and those from migrant communities.

Services include, support to refugees & humanitarian entrants to assist them in their first six to eighteen months in Australia; specialised intensive support available to humanitarian visa holders who have complex needs; support to asylum seekers & vulnerable people who are in the process of resolving their immigration status; and, support for people from refugee & migrant backgrounds to address settlement needs.

An Orientation Program is also available for newly arrived migrants and refugees.

The program includes information and practical learning around a range of topics including law, culture, housing & tenancy; employment & education; financial management; and, health & wellbeing.
