ISCQ is a registered community based organisation providing social and cultural services to Muslims of Central Queensland. All ISCQ affairs are managed by an Executive Committee. All Executive Committee members are volunteers. ISCQ works closely with various stakeholders to promote love, peace, compassion and interfaith harmony among CQ communities. ISCQ arranges for community events on a regular basis eg Mosque open days, cricket matches, food festivals, Iftar (share a meal) parties, special lectures, kids' festivals and kids' schools. These events are open to the general public and mostly no prior invitation is required.
