Family Law Information & Advice:
Provides free legal advice and information in many areas of family law.
Services include initial advice; referral; and assistance with preparation of court documents or access to other legal or advocacy support in separation, divorce or parenting matters.
Services are also available for domestic or family violence matters including making an application for a domestic violence order (DVO), responding to an order and varying an order.

Rural Women's Legal Outreach Service:
Provides free legal advice and information for women in rural and remote areas of South West Queensland.

Family Relationship Centre Partnership:
Provides free individual legal advice and group information sessions on parenting issues and limited family law matters.

Generalist Legal Service:
Provides free legal services and advice in civil & consumer law matters such as neighbourhood disputes & motor vehicle accidents and minor criminal law matters such as common assault, minor traffic offences, low-level drink driving, work licenses & breach of DVO.
Services include initial advice; referral to private solicitors or other avenues of legal or advocacy assistance; and help with the preparation of court documents & the provision of self-help material to assist people who need to represent themselves in court.
Legal advice is also available for people living in regional, rural & remote areas of South West Queensland.
Advice is available on the same day or within 24 hours for family law, civil law and generalist matters, with appropriate referrals being made as required to either external organisations, solicitors or internal programs.
