Positive Parenting Program:
Positive Parenting Program is a multilevel system of parenting and family support. The program teaches practical, effective ways to manage common childhood issues including tantrums, meal time & bed time difficulties, whingeing, disobedience, hurting others and wandering.
Early Parenting Group:
Provides support, health information and advice for first-time parents of infants 0 to 12 months old.
Topics include parenting, sleep, nutrition and infant safety.
The group consists of four sessions over a one-month period and are facilitated by a Child Health Nurse.
Mums 'n' Bubs Program:
Provides health screening and monitoring for infants and children 0 to 10 years old as well as advice about health & practical concerns for parents with children in this age group, midwifery services, outreach services, transport & first aid education.
Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer:
Aboriginal health workers provide health advice, assistance, treatment and outreach for children, young people, families and elders in the Aboriginal community.
