Creating Options Program:
Provides an outpatient alcohol & drug treatment service for adults experiencing significant difficulties due to alcohol &/or other drug use, including those with significant co-existing mental health issues. The program provides intensive clinical support and treatment to overcome or manage harms associated with alcohol and other drugs. Services include, assessment; case management; case formulation; counselling; detoxification support; psycho-education; social-skills training; relapse prevention; and referral strategies.
