Healing House:
Provides care and overnight accommodation for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander young men over 16 years old.
Services include, overnight accommodation; general medical services; Centrelink support; drug & alcohol counselling; mental health counselling; support to find stable, long-term accommodation; advocacy & referral to other organisations.
Youth Empowerment Program:
Provides a range of support services for families with children up to 18 years old.
Services include, improved early childhood development, care education and school readiness; improving literacy & numeracy and supporting successful transitions to further education & work.
Family Well-Being Program:
Provides an early intervention and prevention service for Indigenous families with children & young people 0 to 18 years old, who are at risk of entering the statutory child protection system.
Provides information, referral, support, counselling, health services and education for Indigenous parents.
Home Interaction Program for Parents & Youngsters (HIPPY):
A two-year home-based parenting and early childhood enrichment program for four-year-old children and their parents.
Services to assist families and children make the transition into school include fortnightly home visits from tutors teaching HIPPY activities; fortnightly parent groups; and HIPPY activity packs providing daily activities for parents & their children.
