Opens up opportunities for everyone from everywhere to get involved, feel welcome, learn new things, and contribute to a strong, thriving local community. Formally known as Welcoming Intercultural Neighbours for over 10 years we’ve been supporting the culturally diverse Central Queensland population to integrate confidently into their communities, to enrich their lives through new connections, learning for the future and increasing their participation. Current programs offered in Rockhampton include:

• Parenting Programs - Held Online and Face to Face
o Circle of Security Parenting Program
o Magic 123 and Emotion Coaching
o Seasons for Growth, (Adults)
• Little Steps Multicultural Playgroup, Tuesday mornings 9.30am-11.30am (during school term) bringing parents and children from all cultures together through organized activities and play.
• Safer Pathways, raising the awareness of domestic & family violence facing migrant communities by educating migrant community leaders, and those who support them.
• SisterLife Circle - an intentional Women's Circle, open to all women, that creates a deep, authentic connection amongst women
• Strengthening Queenslanders for Work, provides opportunities for local and migrant community members to be supported whilst undertaking a Cert 3. Please contact us for further information.
• Supporting Migrant Women into the Workplace, assists migrant women to increase their understanding of the Australian workplace environment, including rights and responsibilities and supports them during a 3-month work placement. Please contact us for further information.
