Domestic Violence Resource Service:
Provides outreach, assistance, information, referral, court support and support for women and young & adolescent children who are affected by family or domestic violence.
Sexual assault counselling is also available.
Family violence prevention & education for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people is provided through community workshops.
Referral to appropriate support services is provided.
Family Life Program:
Provides support, counselling, education and resources for women in order to allow them to make informed and educated choices regarding their pregnancy and parenting.
The program includes information and referral on all aspects of pregnancy; counselling on pregnancy-related issues including pre-abortion & post-abortion counselling; emotional & practical support; and material aid in the form of baby needs when available.
