Provides a specialist service for people affected by their own or another person's alcohol and/or drug use.
A comprehensive alcohol & drug assessment and a range of specialist interventions are available.
Services include the following:
Counselling interventions;
Opiate replacement services, including methadone & buprenorphine programs for individuals with opiate dependence (inclusive of therapeutic dependence);
A range of other medical interventions including pharmacotherapies for alcohol & tobacco dependence;
Outpatient withdrawal services;
Consultation & liaison;
Information & education;
Relapse prevention;
Indigenous alcohol & drug outreach; and
Prevention & community development.
