General opening hours for the venues is 9am – 5pm, however this may vary by venue and from time to time. After hours appointments are available for some of our services.

Services
Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation: FDR/Mediation comprises intake appointments with both parties cost: $35:00 for intake. Non concession card holders - $75 hour for each person: Concession card holders - $35 per hour for each person. Mediation sessions are costed at minimum of 2 hours ie $150 for each person (Non- Concession Card Holders); $70 for each person (Concession Card Holders). Staff will need to sight concession card. Mediation offered on children's issues and/or financial and property. Venues: Rockhampton and Gladstone.
Parenting Orders Program: The Parenting Orders Program is an initiative funded by the Department of Families and Community Services. The intent of the program is to provide a service to parents and children from families who have separated and who are finding it difficult to comply with residence and contact orders made by the judiciary. The specific aims of the program are to reduce conflict between parents that is harmful to their children, assist parents in finding ways to meet contact arrangements without expensive litigation and reduce the breaching of court orders. Program participation is both voluntary and mandated by court order. The service is provided free of charge and is offered at both our Rockhampton and Gladstone venues.
Children’s Contact Service: CCS provides a safe and neutral place for children of separated parents to establish and maintain a relationship with their other parent and family members. The service provides a short term service with the aim of assisting families in transitioning to self-managed parenting arrangements. The general timeframe for service is aimed at 6-12 months though this may be extended depending on individual families’ needs and the best interests of children. Our CCS Centre is based in Rockhampton. There is a charge for this service.
Relationship Counselling - Counselling provides an opportunity to discuss and be supported to work through couples issues, conflicts with friends, relationship breakdown (family, intimate partner, parental, social etc). People may choose to attend counselling as an individual, couple or family. There is a charge for this service which is provided out of our Rockhampton and Gladstone venues and an outreach service is provided at Yeppoon.
Gambling Help Counselling and Community Education - For people who experience problems with gambling and the friends and family members of people who gamble. Free counselling for clients and community education for organisations. Free service. Please call 1800 858 858 to book an appointment or request community education from your nearest provider.
