The Seniors Legal and Support Service (SLASS) services the Fraser Coast region providing assistance to seniors experiencing abuse or exploitation. The service aims to prevent elder abuse through education and advocacy. Seniors Legal and Support Service is managed by the Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre.

The service can provide information, advice and support including:-
Short term counselling / advocacy
Advice on your legal rights
Information and referrals to other support, legal and consumer services
